We enjoyed our first night with him in the hospital and planned to take him home the next day. But as we were getting ready to leave, some concern arose over his breathing and bloated belly. From there things seemed to happen very fast.
Isaac was taken to Children's Hospital where he stayed for a week and where one by one his symptoms disappeared. All that remains now is a low sodium level that's being treated with daily sodium supplements.
A week after his birth, Isaac was finally able to come home.
Sweet Isaac is eating like a champ and now weighs 7lbs. 3oz.
